What You’ll Bring:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• An associate or bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofreading and formatting legal documents
• Managing case files and maintaining calendaring systems
• Preparing court filings and legal correspondence
• Communicating with clients and class members
• Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
