Role Summary:

As a Paralegal, you'll be an integral part of our championship team. You’ll assist our attorneys in preparing for the big cases, managing crucial documents, and ensuring every play is executed flawlessly. This is your chance to be in the legal big leagues, supporting a team that values hard work, precision, and the drive to win.

Key Responsibilities:

• Game Planning: Assist attorneys with case preparation, including legal research, drafting documents, and organizing files.
• Play Execution: Manage case files, conduct fact-checking, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Team Support: Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to develop strategies, meet deadlines, and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Scouting: Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide informed support and innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Employment Law.
• Skills: Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
• Attributes: A team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
