Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Carlsbad, CA!

As our litigation paralegal, you will support attorneys in various real estate litigation matters, including breach of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, and property disputes. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in litigation and be fully versed in civil discovery.

You will be responsible for document preparation, interrogatories, organizing evidence, preparing court materials, managing calendars, and more.

Profile:

• Three years' litigation experience
