A well-established Insurance Defense Firm in San Diego is seeking an experienced Construction Defect Paralegal to join its team. As a Construction Defect Paralegal, you'll assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, subpoenas, trial preparation, and settlement conferences.

Requirements:

• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Defect matters, including slip and fall and construction injury defense.
• Experience in California Superior Courts.
• Proficiency in legal research and document management.
