LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Paralegals for contract opportunities in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience and provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys, contributing to the team's overall efficiency and success. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with case preparation, including research, document management, and drafting legal documents Coordinate and manage case files from inception to conclusion Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements Schedule meetings, depositions, and court dates, and maintain legal calendars Conduct legal research and analysis, and provide summaries to attorneys Liaise between the legal team, clients, and external parties to ensure clear communication and timely workflow Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal or comparable position Familiarity with legal terminology and understanding of legal procedures Litigation experience is preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skilled in using computer software for data entry, document management, and legal research High school diploma or equivalent Benefits: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
