Job Description Job Description Are you a detail-oriented corporate paralegal looking for a challenging and rewarding role? LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our client’s dynamic law firm team in downtown Pittsburgh.

NO ANNUAL BILLABLE REQUIREMENTS Location : Onsite Downtown Pittsburgh, 15222 Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 DOE Schedule : Standard 8-5 with occasional overtime when necessary General Responsibilities: Manage corporate organizational documents and filings.

Assist with public company matters, including SEC filings.

Assist with corporate finance, treasury, capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and other related transactional and litigation matters. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of recent experience supporting Corporate Attorneys in a busy US law firm is required, in-house experience will be considered. 2 years of demonstrated experience with US corporate governance, M&A transactions, and commercial law. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technologically proficient with the highest attention to detail. Benefits: Competitive salary and bonus potential.
