Ø Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree, and a paralegal certificate from a paralegal training program accredited by the American Bar Association, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
This position requires applicants to complete an interview. The interviewed bidders possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position will be selected in seniority order according to the collective bargaining agreement. The interviewed external candidate(s) possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position will be selected.
Preference will be given to external candidates possessing the following:
Previous experience processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
Previous experience reviewing and interpreting contracts.
Legal research expertise using electronic resources (i.e., Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
