We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join our Defense team at our West Palm Beach office. Immediate Hire Job Description: As an Insurance Defense Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our experienced associates.

This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the management of defense cases, including: Assisting with trial preparation E-filing and managing Court Maps Calendaring and scheduling Subpoena preparation and control Drafting correspondence Performing administrative tasks Handling billing and other standard legal assistant duties Qualifications: We are looking for organized, proactive candidates who are self-starters and possess the following experience and skills:

Experience assisting with trial preparation Proficiency in e-filing and Court Maps Strong calendaring and scheduling skills Experience in subpoena preparation and control Ability to draft correspondence and perform administrative tasks Billing experience Recent experience in Bodily Injury, Insurance Defense, First Party Property, and Time Slips is preferred Only FL-based applicants will be considered.
