There is room for YOU The ideal candidate will possess the following: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and a great multitasker. Knowledgeable with computer programs:

Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook Ability to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record billing entries. Knowledgeable in state & federal court rules Prior trial experience is a plus. Duties: Locate factual witnesses.

Draft witness and exhibit lists Ensure that the case documents are accurately organized. Identify and contact experts, prepare hearing and trial notebooks, and assist in trials.
