Provides paralegal and administrative duties within a legal department.
Essential Duties and Responsibility:

Under direction of attorneys, provide support across various department disciplines including but not limited to:
Contract review, revision, and process administration;
Marketing submission review, coordination, and data compilation regarding review trends;
Regulatory filing review, revision, and submission;
Corporate governance for private company subsidiary board, including template creation, file management, data processing, online portal management, scheduling, and meeting management; and
E-discovery and litigation matter management.
Prepare correspondence, documents, and presentations
Proofread and revise high-profile documents for formatting, consistency, and accuracy
Schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, manage invoice and expense reimbursement processing, assist with conference and CLE scheduling and dues
Flexibly support other areas of Legal Department and perform special projects as needed
Job Skills:
Excellent written/oral communications skills and organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail in reviewing and editing written materials.
Exceptional word and spreadsheet processing skills, and the ability to create and improve complex Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents.
Willingness and ability to master technology platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint, as well as travel management, expense management, contract management, matter tracking, and board platform technologies.
Commitment to the highest ethical standards, in particular with regard to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Willingness and ability to provide additional support to colleagues as needed.

Must be on-site in Minneapolis office Tuesday-Thursday each week, subject to case-by-case exceptions
Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. Travel will be more common for roles such as Account Executives (25 - 50%), senior leaders (10 - 20%) or Capella Core Faculty (5 - 10%).
Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role. If so, this would include being mobile within the office, including movement from floor-to-floor using elevators or stairs.
