Fairstead is seeking a highly motivated paralegal to join our Legal team! This position will be responsible for organizing and maintaining a database of files, coordinating signature pages and assisting with completing various compliance and regulatory forms. The position will be based in New York. Notary license will be required upon hiring.


  • Working closely with the legal team, forming new entities, obtain EINs, coordinating signature pages, and maintaining a library of legal documents.
  • Assisting in preparation of compliance and regulatory forms.
  • Working closely with legal team in connection with contract execution.
  • Maintain current legal department form database
  • Provide legal assistance to internal departments


  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 to 3 years' experience as a paralegal
  • Excellent, organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking and time management skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
