Paralegal/ Contracts Manager

Glumac is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal/Contracts Manager to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Counsel to process, analyze, and negotiate a high volume of contract requests.

In this role, you will review, probe, and negotiate various legal agreements with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing filing systems for contracts, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.

Additionally, you will verify contract status and manage document organization tasks. You will also assist with transactional (contracts) tasks, ideally within the construction industry, whether for designers, general contractors, or subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal or contracts manager, preferably within the construction industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex legal documents.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with transactional (contracts) paralegal work or as a contracts manager for a construction firm.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
