Job Description Job Description POSITION: Debt Collections Paralegal LOCATION:

Broward County DESCRIPTION: Our client, a regional firm with an office in Pompano Beach, seeks an experienced litigation Paralegal with a background in Collections to start ASAP in a temporary-to-hire capacity. This is a Monday - Friday work week and the hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm in office.

Requirements: Three to five years of experience in collections or similar field. Must be highly proficient working with large volumes of numerical data. Initiate and manage the debt collection process for a high volume of cases.

Able to track and follow-up status on multiple cases simultaneously. Investigate and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to outstanding debt. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy when posting information in case files and ledger.

Strong organizational skills are required to maintain accurate records and documentation for files. Exceptional communication skills working with clients to resolve outstanding debt including payment arrangements or other collection activities.
