Requirements / Qualifications

AA Degree or 48 semester college units or 72 quarter college units required. CPR Certification required.

Substitute Paraeducators work under the supervision of a designated teacher, providing support to both special education and general education teaching staff in the implementation of students' Individualized Education and/or Behavior Intervention Plans. The substitute position is on-call/as needed, Monday

• Friday, 8:00 a.m.

• 2:30 p.m., six hours per day.
