We are currently seeking a Paper Mill Engineering Co-op Student, preferably with a chemical engineering background to be a part of our tissue paper mill team for the upcoming Summer through Fall 2020 terms.

Enrolled in Engineering Degree: Chemical, Mechanical, and/or Pulp & Paper
Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
The following engineering courses are applicable: Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, Heat and Mass Transfer, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Statistics
Plan and implement units of product quality
Perform continuous assessment of product quality
Assist team to resolve operating problems with process, maintenance, and plant engineering support
Lead small project in process monitoring, investigation, and optimization
Conduct statistical studies for operation review
Work closely with production department to improve process and quality
Follow safe practices at all times
