Job Summary:

The Panel Shop- Assembly position will oversee day-to-day assembly of Panel shop products and assist the other departments in the warehouse when needed. The Panel Shop- Assembly employee will produce kaizens per quarter and own the assigned work area.

Job Requirements:

• Assemble panels per engineered drawings

• Ability to read layout diagrams and wiring diagrams

• Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate with QC for final check of assembled products

• Assist QC in factory acceptance test setup

• Pass the panel shop test (Intertek) yearly

• Clean, organize, and catalog product in the panel shop area

• Perform complete comprehensive physical inventory 4 times a year

• Check existing surplus/inventory for materials

• Use hand tools safely and efficiently to assemble and build Profire products

• Use power tools safely and efficiently to build panels and other Profire products

• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager

• 5+ years of panel wiring experience preferred.
