Job Description Job Description Come join us at the PAL of Delaware in Hockessin by helping to Support our youth You will be responsible for doing the following while you are here: Build positive relationships with youth participants, acting as a mentor and role model.

Ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of youth throughout their time at the facility, from arrival to parent/guardian pickup. Support participants with homework assistance and encourage a positive learning environment. Identify and address any building needs or cleanliness issues, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Foster open communication with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed of their child’s progress and activities. Maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed. The hours are 2:00pm - 6pm daily, with weekend opportunities available.
