Job Summary

Ganahl Lumber Company Los Alamitos is looking for "customer first" attitude person to join our Hardware Sales team. This employee will play a critical role in helping our customer select the right products, ensuring price quotes are accurate, verifying correct price labels, and confirming that all customer needs are met.

What We're Looking For

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Customer Service- Assisting customer's in finding the right product for the customer's need in a warm and friendly manner

• House Keeping- Help maintain assigned department clean & organized to help enhance the customer's shopping experience.

• Merchantising- Help maintain product selection (plan-o-grams) to be visually pleasing to the customer.

• Inventory- Help with stocking and other duties to help keep the shelves full with product.

What you need to succeed

Mininum Qualification:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Great customer service skills

• Great communication skills

• Paint retail experience a plus

• Hardware retail experience a plus
