This position is responsible for all painting and pressure washing procedures of Elon University Facilities.

Minimum Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience

Three to five years of related experience, preferred.

Required Other Training, Certifications, or Licensing

Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver License and be insurable by the college carrier.

Job Duties

• Maintain all University facilities.

• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain a safe working environment.

• Communicate and work with all Faculty and Staff in a professional manner.

• Work for and assist students and their parents in a positive and helpful manner.

• Maintain all paint equipment, supplies and inventory.
