We are a corn hole company and need workers to paint, Box, and be a shop hand

Preparation:

  • Start by cleaning the cornhole board surface to remove any dirt, dust, or debris. You can use a damp cloth for this purpose.
  • If the surface is rough or has old paint, lightly sand it using medium-grit sandpaper. This will help the paint adhere better.
  • Once sanded, wipe away any dust with a clean cloth.
  • Priming (Optional):
    • If your cornhole board is made of bare wood or if you want to ensure better paint adhesion, you can apply a coat of primer. Use a primer suitable for the material of your cornhole board (wood, plastic, etc.). Let the primer dry completely according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Base Coat:
    • Choose the base color for your cornhole board and apply it evenly using a paintbrush or foam roller. Make sure to cover the entire surface with smooth, even strokes. You may need to apply multiple coats for full coverage, allowing each coat to dry completely before applying the next one.
  • Design:
    • Once the base coat is dry, you can get creative with your design. You can use painter's tape to create stripes, patterns, or borders on the board. Alternatively, you can use stencils or decals to add designs such as logos, sports team emblems, or custom graphics.
    • Apply your chosen design elements carefully, making sure they adhere well to the surface. Use a different paint color for each section if desired, and allow each color to dry before moving on to the next.
  • Detail Work:
    • Use smaller brushes or fine-tip paint pens to add any details or accents to your design. This could include outlines, lettering, or fine patterns.
    • Take your time with this step to ensure precision and neatness in your work.
  • Sealing (Optional):
    • Once the paint is completely dry, you can optionally apply a clear coat sealant to protect the paint and give your cornhole board a glossy finish. Make sure to use a clear coat that is suitable for outdoor use and compatible with the type of paint you used.
  • Curing:
    • Allow the paint and sealant (if used) to cure fully according to the manufacturer's instructions before using the cornhole board. This typically involves letting it dry for at least 24-48 hours in a well-ventilated area
