We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our Outdoor Performance platform team. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer. Our marketing structure delivers the necessary brand dedication and functional expertise to achieve our objectives.

As Paid Social Specialist, you will play a key role in executing paid social traffic to our brands' websites while maximizing conversions and ROI. The ideal candidate would be someone who can constantly push the social channels forward by implementing best practices and identifying revenue-driving opportunities to grow brand equity and revenue. This position will focus solely on the optimization of ad campaigns across social campaigns and brainstorming ways for our digital campaigns to reach wider audiences online.

As part of the Growth Marketing team, the Paid Social Specialist will be responsible for building campaigns, monitoring daily performance, reporting, and optimizing across multiple paid social platforms for various brands to drive sales goals and brand initiatives. The position will also be expected to collaborate and own paid social strategy and execution on cross-channel campaigns for multiple brands.

This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and is a hybrid work schedule based out of our Bozeman, MT office or our Logan, UT office.

As the Paid Social Specialist, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid social strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok and identify additional social opportunities.

  • Execute on objectives, targeting, budget, bid, and ad optimizations that deliver maximum campaign efficiency.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to craft compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's voice and mission.

  • Develop creative briefs for the creative team, coach on best practices, manage progress for timely execution of all social ads.

  • Manage daily and monthly spend pacing across all paid social channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and hit revenue goals.

  • Maintain product catalogs for paid social efforts.

  • Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continually refine and improve strategies.

  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating best practices into our campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including ecommerce, brand, creative and corporate communications to implement paid social recommendations.

  • Be proactive in research and analyzing changes in social platforms, social media trends, third party tools, social commerce sites incorporating best practices into our campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Manage the social commerce selling best practices and ensure shop is functioning properly and in line with DTC initiatives.

  • Assist, as needed, with broader digital marketing initiatives that help drive growth for the site and brands overall.

You Have:

  • At least one (1) year executing paid social campaigns on various platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field.

  • Understanding of digital marketing landscape and best practices, website metrics and with direct experience in executing paid social on Facebook, Instagram, Reddit Pinterest and preferably TikTok as well.

  • Knowledge of paid social creative best practices across platforms.

  • Experience with GA4 and Looker Studio or equivalent reporting tool

  • Ability to utilize analytics, business and shopper insights to drive data-driven planning.

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Powerpoint

  • Strong writer and communicator

  • Proactive approach, ability to take ownership and make executive decisions.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environment.

You Might Have:

  • Social Commerce or Influencer management experience a plus.

  • Outdoor industry experience and/or deep passion for the outdoors a plus.

Pay Range:

$51,600.00 - $81,500.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
