This is an individual contributor position that supports the paid social channel. Position is also responsible for analysis for each campaign to identify performance trends and make optimizations.
Oversee execution for paid social. This includes understanding each program within the channel, ensuring performance/ROAS goals are met & monitored daily, communicating expectations with cross functional partners, managing deliverables to external partners (including creative and calendars) and ensuring deadlines are met.
Partner with Manager to help develop strategies and execute programs to increase sales and drive the customer mix for the brand. Understand and develop targeting and goals by audience and customer segment.
Own vendor relationship for daily execution, strategy and targeting execution of all programs within the channels.
Assist with the set up and launch of new vendors
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including analytics, brand and finance partners to strategize, read and react to drive the business.
Learn about existing processes within paid social programs and drive execution, as well as provide insight & analysis back to the business
Assist in the creation and building of weekly & monthly reports
Responsible for partner insertion orders and invoices to ensure monthly budgets are aligned with finance and manager
Analyze campaign results and trends to make recommendations to the team around strategy and approach.
Conduct meaningful tests to improve creative messaging, bid structures, audience segments, etc.
Maintain testing results documents to reference performance and develop step by step weekly testing strategies
Responsible for set up, organization and agenda of weekly partner meetings
Ability to build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with internal and external partners

Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communication or analytical emphasis
2-4 years' work experience in paid social marketing & advertising
Experience in retail a plus
Experience in providing financial analysis and presenting information
