Summary: The Fleetcor in-house search team is looking for a Paid Search Manager to run multiple B2B accounts in the payments space. This position will drive paid search execution and reporting, contributing measurable revenue to the bottom line.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and optimize enterprise-level paid search accounts in Google and Bing utilizing Adobe Advertising Cloud for Search (formerly AMO) to maximize overall conversions and sales revenue.

  • Oversee the daily performance and hands-on management of search campaigns.

  • Track budget pacing and manage budget in search engines and Ad Cloud.

  • Make regular optimizations to campaigns including bid optimizations, keyword optimizations (through keyword expansion and negative keyword additions), audience optimizations, bid-adjustment optimizations, etc.

  • Write ad copy for search ads and work with legal teams for approval before implementing.

  • Maintain performance reports and clearly communicate campaign updates, progress reports, timelines, and test results to various stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Perform data analyses with insights from Adobe Analytics and Ad Cloud. Identify the most relevant opportunities, communicate learnings and develop optimization plans.

  • Provide recommendations for testing of messaging, destinations, keywords, tactics, audiences, etc.

  • Stay current with all SEM industry trends and be on top of emerging SEM technologies, opportunities, and innovations.

  • Assist with Search Engine/Adobe Ad Cloud configuration, reporting, and automated bid algorithms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paid Search Marketing professional, running enterprise-level (monthly budgets greater than $100K) SEM campaigns in-house or at an agency with Adobe Advertising Cloud/Media Optimizer. (required)

  • Experience with Adobe Ad Cloud/Adobe Media Optimizer & Adobe Analytics (required)

  • Proven track record of improving ROI from paid search.

  • Experience building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaign, keywords and ads within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, corporate environment working individually and with teams.

  • A love of data and attention to detail - highly organized and analytical.

  • Ability to communicate technical information and complex data clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.

This role is part of our Digital Sales & Customer Acquisition team and works cross-functionally with partners in Brand, Media, CRO, Product Marketing and Site Experience. Job Duties: * Implement advertising campaigns through social platforms to grow sales revenue for our small business solutions. * Plan and coordinate high media spending across social media channels - with regards to both direct response campaigns, but also longer-term brand & nurturing campaigns * Create a bold and rigorous testing roadmap throughout the year to promote constant learning in all facets of campaigns, including bidding, targeting, and creative * Oversee budgets and pacing alongside platform performance to take advantage of recent trends * Implement and optimize performance tactics across multiple acquisition campaigns, increasing value and efficiency of each additional dollar * Monitor dashboards and essential reporting tools to understand channel effectiveness and react to changes in CPA, ROI, LTV and other channel metrics * Collaborate with marketing, media and CRO teams to ensure the positive impact of new product roll-outs/tests on paid channels * Collaborate with various teams (Media, Product Marketing, Brand, Site Experience) to develop creative assets and to optimize customer acquisition from social ad to conversion. * Communicate campaign updates, progress reports, timelines, and test results on a recurring basis to ensure understanding across all partners * This role will initially take over day-to-day/hands-on management of some accounts/brands while working with an agency partner on others * Evaluate and implement 3rd party audience and optimization tools to enhance paid social performance (ex Metadata, Smartly, skai/Kenshoo, Demandbase) Requirements: * At least 3+ years of related performance marketing experience managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns with monthly budgets greater than $100K (required) * Proven track record of improving ROI from paid social.
