Response Mine Interactive is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our team of seasoned media and analytics experts, managing campaigns for clients across healthcare and home services.

The Paid Media Manager will be primarily responsible for planning, developing, executing, reporting and tracking paid search and paid social channels. Campaigns managed will focus on driving new sales for our client base with a constant initiative to improve efficiency.

We are ultimately searching for a passionate, team-driven, entrepreneurial individual who can take initiative and has a deep desire to continually test and learn.


  • Create and execute key client paid search and paid social media strategies and plans

  • Effectively manage and optimize campaigns on time and within budget on major platforms including Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing and various smaller engines

  • Prepare optimization reports and bid recommendations based upon key campaign metrics including CTR, conversion rate, and ROI/margin

  • Write creative copy for paid search and social media campaign ads

  • Handle media buying and associated engine account setup

  • Write detailed analysis documents to trend campaign performance

  • Explore and recommend new and innovative creative paid media solutions

  • Trend and analyze results, make recommendations for future campaigns, and deliver relevant reports to client team

  • Produce strategic planning documents, and competitive analyses as well as internal and client presentations

  • Monitor and evaluate the latest trends within the paid media landscape


  • Minimum 2 years SEM and/or paid social buying and planning experience

  • Internet or interactive advertising agency background a plus

  • Experience managing ROI/margin driven campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Adcenter, Facebook and various 2nd Tier Engines

  • Fluent in Adwords Editor, Bing Adcenter, Facebook Power Editor and the Microsoft Suite

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Time management and multi-tasking skills, as role requires management of multiple campaigns for multiple clients

  • Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

VIEW JOBS 6/11/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-09-09T00:00 POSITION PURPOSE The Paid Media Manager - Home Services is responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns to generate leads and drive sales for 25+ categories in Home Depot's installation business. In addition to a proven command of SEM, this role requires an individual with an analytical background to synthesize and evaluate data, understand how metrics are related, and use verbal and visual communication to update a variety of constituents on campaign performance and recommended actions. The individual will collaborate with Analytics and Finance to develop forecasts and hit leads and sales targets through the disciplined management of a multi-million-dollar budget. Knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines and following emerging industry trends will be key in partnering with internal media teams to spearhead new opportunities for Home Services. This resourceful self-starter will interface with teams across the Services organization to develop a deep understanding of each program and play a key role in creating digital marketing solutions that best fit each line of business. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 55%-Execute Paid Media plans developed by the Media Strategy Team, which are in term informed by the long-term strategy and goals for Stores and Online. 25%-Develop feedback loop with the Media Strategy Team to describe any changes/course corrections to these Media Plans based on real-time opportunities. 20%-Develop reporting tools and measure ongoing effectiveness of's activities against top industry benchmarks. NATURE AND SCOPE This position reports to Sr Manager of Paid Media This position has no Direct Reports ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
