Targeted compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus

What is the role and where can you add value?

This role is ideal for a paid media specialist looking to take ownership of the strategy, media planning, along with daily management and optimization of all paid channels of 2-10's multimillion dollar budget. Our ideal candidate has a track record of finding efficiencies and experience with a data-driven test-and-learn approach.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop advertising strategies and budgets to achieve 2-10's business goals to drive revenue, ROI, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

  • Day-to-day management - create media plans, build in platforms, test, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive profitable growth across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and deliver comprehensive synthesis, interpretation, and actionable plans based on data-driven insights.

  • Partners with Marketing Analytics on planning, forecasting, and spend/efficiency targets.

  • Implements and continually tests new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools

  • Own and develop strong relationships with our digital marketing vendors, Google, Meta, and others along with key internal stakeholders. Collaborate with them to brainstorm, strategize, and optimize across campaigns.

  • Take ownership of the budget tracking process across all advertising platforms.

  • Deliver reporting on campaign results using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other platforms. Prepare and present monthly readouts.

  • Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the paid media space, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics into our campaigns

What skills and experience should you bring to this role?

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Math or related field is desirable.

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.

  • Highly proficient in the following digital advertising platforms Google and knowledge of other platforms Facebook, Microsoft, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Demonstrated leading role in communicating with stakeholders.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct meaningful tests and draw actionable conclusions

  • Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including setup, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting.

  • Must be self-motivated, self-starter, have a sense of urgency and extremely well-organized. Ability to prioritize projects, pay attention to detail, and multi-task.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong active listening skills.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a collaborative team environment

  • Demonstrated aptitude for understanding consumer behavior.
