The Impact You Will Make

In this position on our Paid Media team, you will support the execution and management of paid media campaigns for political clients working to elect Democratic candidates in the November election. The ideal contract candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is capable of working independently, while navigating multiple projects.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Digital campaign implementation/management in regards to: buying, negotiating, implementation, optimization, and analysis
• Regular hands-on buying and optimizations for programmatic platforms. Manage vendor communications and troubleshoot issues with campaigns
• Assisting with media plans that align with campaign objectives and work closely with client leads to ensure media delivers on the agreed strategies and approach
• Pull reports to ensure quality of media delivery and work with internal analytical team measuring effectiveness of campaigns
• Conduct media, industry or competitive research to improve innovative media plans
• Foster good working relationships across all internal teams to facilitate flawless execution of media plans
• Use internal data sources as well as past performance to develop insights and strategy for future efforts

What You Bring 

• 1-6 years relevant work experience in digital media planning, buying, and/or analytics
• Experience running campaigns for political, public affairs, and/or corporate clients
• Enthusiasm for Democratic and progressive politics, and excitement to work with our non-profit and corporate clients
• Analytical thinking skills, with knowledge of buying platforms like TradeDesk or DV360, media consumption tools like Comscore, and/or analytics software such as Google Analytics, Datorama or Tableau
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• A readiness to work independently, grow quickly, learn new skills, think big, and get the job done

Benefits

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role between (depending on experience) $4,250/mo - $6,250/mo.+ bonus of salary at the end of temp employment up to $7,500.
