Looking for an RN to join our busy PACU unit. The candidate would have critical care experience preferred. The interested candidate will be caring for patients in the 1st and 2nd Phases of Recovering patients post OR procedure. You will work collaberatively with the surgical tech, anesthsia department as well as other divsions of Perioperative Services. Patient Population: Patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, during the immediate post-anesthesia period. Summary Identifies the physiologic changes induced by general, regional, and local anesthesia and uses this information to plan appropriate nursing care. Identifies the physiologic changes induced by surgery and uses this information to plan appropriate nursing care. Identifies the pathophysiology of trauma, and uses this information to plan appropriate nursing care.
