Pacu Recovery Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) Recovery Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a PACU RN, you will play a crucial role in the recovery and care of patients post-surgery, ensuring their comfort, safety, and optimal recovery from anesthesia. Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia after surgery.

• Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and manage pain effectively.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery expectations.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN License

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.

• Proven experience in a PACU or similar acute care setting strongly preferred.

• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred
