Exciting opportunity with growing brewery Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Permanent Packaging Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all packaging operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our packaging department, ensuring that all products are packaged according to company and industry standards, and meet all safety and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for: 1.

Overseeing daily packaging operations to ensure all products are packaged accurately and efficiently. 2. Implementing and enforcing strict quality control measures to maintain the high standards of our products. 3. Training, managing, and evaluating packaging staff to ensure a competent and motivated team. 4.

Operating and maintaining packaging equipment, including forklifts, to ensure safety and efficiency. 5. Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve productivity. 6. Developing and implementing packaging strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 7.

Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. 8. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the packaging process and implementing effective solutions. 9. Continuously seeking ways to improve packaging processes and techniques. 10.

Reporting to upper management on packaging operations and efficiency. Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the packaging or manufacturing industry. 2.

Proven experience operating a forklift and other packaging machinery. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards within the manufacturing industry. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 7.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 8.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 9. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise. 10. A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
