Operates any and all palletizers and depalletizers in the plant. Performs assigned quality checks, rework, housekeeping, assigned SOP's, daily paperwork and any task assigned by management.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Operates manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep production lines at maximum productivity.

  • Continuously monitors quality of product and follows established protocols when defects are found.

  • Performs rework (can and chipboard) effectively and efficiently to keep Hold inventory at minimum levels.

  • Completes all required documents for purposes of tractability, production reporting and quality requirements.

  • Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost and productivity.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Manufacturing work experience preferred.

Required Skills:
Able to work at high speeds, multitask, dependable, good written and verbal communication skills, able to work with little supervision.

Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for 8 - 12 hours a day. Able to work nights or days, able to work in high temperatures (up to 100 degrees), able to lift up to 50lbs, has good vision capable of seeing defects in high speed applications, able to bend, twist and kneel, able to work at heights including use of steps.

Position Shift and Schedule This is a full time permanent position working 6:30 am until route completion typically five (5) shifts per week typically Tuesday-Saturday . Days off will fall on Sunday and Monday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. Position Compensation The starting rate of pay for this position is $15.41 per hour plus mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle between the first and last store on your assigned daily route. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc). Position Territory You will be stocking and merchandising our products in our customers' stores located near Menomonie and Cadott, WI. We have a local branch located in South St Paul, MN that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings. Position Responsibilities * Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores. * Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule. * Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction. * Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue. * Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices. * Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned. * Available to work weekends and holidays.
