Position Title:

Package Tech

AM Shift

06:00am- 02:30pm

Schedule and Pay:

• $20.14 per Hour

• Monday- Friday with possible additional hours and weekend shifts

Duties:

(not limited to)

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and process procedures and guidelines and reference SOP's where applicable

• Clean and sterilize processing areas and food production machinery daily

• Communicate with Leads and Supervisors immediately when there are any concerns about product quality and safety, as well as machine malfunctions

• Follow the SOP's in the packaging and labeling of products and transferring to cases for storage and transit

• Operate equipment to move packed products to designated area

• Operate equipment on various lines ensuring proper functioning and efficiency

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Able to move constantly and quickly for an entire 8 hour shift

• Electric/Manual pallet jack and forklift operating skills required

• Extremely reliable attendance

• Responsible about getting work done independently

What you will bring:

• Ability to bend, reach and lift repeatedly (up to 50lbs)

• Ability to work with your hands extensively and stand on your feet for 8 hours

• Basic English proficiency for reading, writing and communicating

• Drive to continuously improve performance, efficiency, and speed

• Experience in food processing, manufacturing or packaging preferred highly preferred
