The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for daily warehouse oversight, ensuring that productivity levels are met. The clerk is responsible for correctly picking, packing, sorting, shipping and receiving orders. Responsible for pulling/packing appropriate products by order
Stocking and organizing work stations
Develop positive team working relationships, resulting in a motivated, pro-Lottery attitude whenever possible
Maintain steady workflow and production to meet processing deadlines
Keep errors to a minimum (acceptable error ratio to be determined by management)
Assist others in the warehouse, as needed, with new game pack, daily orders or book returns, etc. which can result in working overtime.
Process ticket/product and ticket stock returns
Light data entry tracking on computer
Assist Warehouse Supervisor to continuously improve the operation efficiency
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Lift up to 40 pounds
Be prepare for a fast pace and high volume environment
Forklift certification/experience is a plus
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Positive and self-motivated attitude and ability to work with others as a team
