to provide care and service to the oxygen patients at our accounts
to do PAP and Trilogy setups/ in-services and nocturnal sleep studies
perform tracheotomy changes per schedule at assigned facilities
perform in-services for tracheotomy care, respiratory treatment, suction machine usage, and more, when needed
perform weekly visits to assigned facilities to ensure all respiratory services are up to date and patient care is given when needed for respiratory supplies and services
report and document all respiratory services and supplies given at time of servicing patient
complete all necessary paperwork (i.e., Equipment Request Forms) for Month End billing
turn in a summary to each facility visited that week of services provided
attend monthly meetings and help in other areas as needed
maintaining of all company valuables including company issued vehicle and daily completion of Vehicle Inspection Report
Productivity may be measured by the following:
timely completion of monthly paperwork
the number of patients serviced per month
quarterly reports by the supervisor, from the facilities, about the quality of service provided by the therapist and the number of pieces each RT/RA cleans
Qualifications:
must be a registered or certified Respiratory Therapist
must maintain current licensure as an LRT in the State of Colorado
must be at least 21 years of age
must be detail oriented and have good customer service skills
must maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
must be able to lift 20 lbs
must be available for assigned hours and on-call shifts
must be literate in Excel spreadsheets and basic e-mail.
