A day in the life...

Hospitality professional who is excited to deliver an extraordinary coastal experience to each owner and guest at The Cottages at Cape Kiwanda. The ideal candidate will connect with each of the 200+ owners, taking time to learn their individual preferences and expectations for their ownership. In partnership with the Headlands general manager, this team member will recommend and make purchases within the annual budget to ensure that the Cottages always meet the Headlands standards.

  • Keep owners engaged in the benefits and communications.

  • Maintain the rental management program to meet the owner and company goals.

  • Provide concierge services for owners when requested.

  • Keep accurate and current records, rental management agreements, choice weeks, new and existing owner contact information, owner preferences, trade requests and regular correspondence.

  • Process owner trade requests.

  • Administer the annual choice week selection process to meet the By-laws.

  • Help to plan and coordinate weekly complimentary activities for the owners group.

  • Maintain and manage inventory items that are essential to providing services to owners and guests.

  • Coordinate and maintain the records for the annual budget and board meeting to meet the By-laws.

  • Maintain the cottage reserve schedule records and coordinate the projects as needed.

  • Administer the Kiwanda Standard, cottage HOA rules and regulations and by-laws.

  • Manage the HOA dues billing and collection process.

  • Build relationships with our Real estate partners to ensure access to cottages for showings and the processing of ownership changes are seamless.

  • Work with all departments to customize individual owner experiences.

Requirements

You own this if you have…

  • Minimum of 2 years HOA management or relevant experience to include for example, Guest Relations, Office Administration.

  • Ability to handle a variety of Guest Service-related situations and thrive in an environment that requires you to multi-task.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.

  • You must carry a valid CPR and First Aid Certification.

  • You must carry a valid Food Handlers Card.
