SUMMARY

Coordinates all recruiting, interviewing, new-hire training, up-training and nesting of Owner Referral Sales Team.

DUTIES

Conduct and manager all recruiting including application screening and interviewing

Conduct call new hire Owner Referral Sales training classes

Conduct Weekly Meetings for Owner Referral Sales

Responsible for creating and developing all Training Materials including weekly meeting material

Coaching and Up-training of Owner Referral Sales on updates and/or changes to policies and procedures

Responsible for Nesting of all new hires on the floor, including closing sales and TO training

Assist ( when needed) in all aspects of training for the Specialty Marketing department

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must supervise and coach Owner Referral Sales Agents on handling problems and situations as they arise. Ensures all duties are completed by all new hires. Creates and manages schedules for new hires as well as gives direction on how to motivate, counsel and provide feedback on areas of development.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills

Detail-oriented

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Ability to create, develop, and implement training programs

Ability to interact with all levels of management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training in Westgate Resorts Specialty Marketing Department; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possesses a sales background.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITIES

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
