NV5 is seeking an Operations Director - Team Leader to join its team to lead our Boston office.
We are currently accepting resumes from individuals who are team players, self-motivated, energetic and goal oriented.
Day to day management of the Boston office.
Deliver top and bottom line budget.
Work with Sr. Vice President to expand Massachusetts office expertise to include hospitality, healthcare, and additional private market work.
Work with Sr. Vice President to expand OPM service offerings throughout the Northeast
Staff Management (hiring, discipline).
Oversee proposal preparation.
Provide Principal oversight on projects.
Oversee contract negotiations.
Actively participate in business development for the region.
10+ years of experience in project management, owners representation, or program management.
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong market planning and business development expertise.
Demonstrated ability to drive robust organic growth.
Demonstrated ability to deliver top and bottom line budget.
Proven track record of being a leader.
Knowledge of the Boston market a plus.
