Premier Veterinary Medical Group in Rockville Centre, NY is hiring an Emergency Veterinarian!
Are you looking to finally partner with an outstanding management team to expand the premier Emergency and GP service in Nassau County? Our hospital is a newly relocated 9,000 square 24-hour GP and emergency hospital located in Rockville Centre, NY. Premier Veterinary Medical Group (formerly Central Veterinary Associates) seeks a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our practice. Our unique system of delivering outstanding veterinary care begins with providing convenient animal clinic locations throughout Nassau and Queens Counties.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of veterinarian experience in emergency, urgent care, or general practice. We are interested in candidates who are collaborative, friendly and compassionate. We value diversity, and embrace a creative, patient-centric approach to leadership. Skills and Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in New York
Works collaboratively with hospital team members
Makes decisions confidently and effectively
Manages time and tasks appropriately
Models a professional and kind manner with staff and clients
