We are passionate about what we do and driven to be the best solution for our customers Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.

Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Close deals with potential clients while maintaining profitability.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in Salesforce. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Qualifications MINIMUM 2 years experience in sales of Industrial/Chemical pumps & rotating equipment in the Petro-Chemical industry with a focus on direct/outside sales. Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent account management capabilities, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. MUST have or be eligible to obtain TWIC & Security Passport credentials.

In our 14,000 square foot facility, we are able to design and build baseplates, skid packages, and control panels as well as offer fast, reliable, and cost-effective repair services for most pump lines.
