HVAC/R WHOLESALE SUPPLY
Johnstone Supply is looking to expand our Roswell, New Mexico team. We are a sales-oriented, fast-growing company seeking an experienced, results driven Territory Manager (TM). We are locally owned and operated and are backed by the national buying power of over 400 stores and six regional distribution centers.
The TM will work out of our Roswell location and will be responsible for developing new and existing customer accounts and increasing sales across a defined territory. A candidate for this position must possess excellent sales skills with documented success in growing a sales territory. Direct experience in the HVAC/R industry is a plus but not necessary, though experience in a similar 'contractor-based' sales environment is preferable.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
High School Diploma / GED required OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years of documented successful direct sales experience.
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques.
Excellent negotiation and objection countering skills.
Excellent computer/technology skills.
Skill in proactively communicating (both verbal and written) to establish relationships and influence decisions.
Motivated and results driven, with a strong drive to succeed.
