Due to our continued rapid growth, EMCOR Services Team Mechanical (ESTM), has an immediate need for a Maintenance Contract Sales Specialist in the Chicago Metro area. As a Maintenance Contract Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sales, profits, and relationships with Commercial, Industrial, Educational and Health care clients. The candidate will focus their efforts on selling commercial clients Service Maintenance Programs for building Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Through training & mentoring, develop understanding of the industry and products/services we provide
Develop skills to estimate, price and sell service/preventive maintenance programs for commercial facilities and systems
Seeking out and researching prospective service contracts through various methods (e.g., phone calls, visits, attending conferences, utilizing the Internet, leveraging existing relationships). Contacting prospective client Chief Engineer, Account Managers and Property Managers to introduce yourself and develop future relationships.
Establishing relationships with prospective clients.
Appraise and inventory mechanical systems and equipment to determine maintenance needs and requirements
Follow up on all territory leads and maintain/update CRM
Working with Sales Manager, Project Manages and Service Operations Team in constantly reviewing and improving account programs to meet targeted objectives.
Managing through analysis and solution based programs to maximize sales growth, volume and profitability of account clients.
Preparing and delivering client presentations.
Developing, writing and reviewing client proposal documents including financial and technical sections, using EMCOR Service standard template and pricing models.
Developing sales at defined margin levels to attain market share.
Candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years of general sales experience (does not need to be industry specific)
Prospecting skills a must
Excellent written and communication skills
Independent decision making is required.
Computer skills using MS Office required.
Ability to climb stairs & ladders
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the MVR requirements. Must have an operating vehicle to use during the course of business
