This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help FreshPoint customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.

Essential Duties:

Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.

Seek and qualify prospects in accordance with Company account stratification goals.

Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and service to meet needs.

Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals.

Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.

Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.

Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.

Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.

Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.

Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.

Attend and participate in sales meetings.

Review and analyze daily and weekly sales reports for sales penetration opportunities.

Other duties may be assigned.

Participate in ongoing training sessions.

Assist with the training of new employees as requested.


High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 5 YRS Foodservice sales experience
1-2 years of sales, and/or chef/restaurant management experience, and/or related (Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality; or Culinary Arts) degree

Basic pc skills, proficiency in excel, experience with Salesforce and MS Outlook

Reside or willing to relocate to the geographical vicinity of territory

Valid driver's license with a "clean" driving record (including: no single DUI in the last 3 years and no multiple DUIs within the last 7 years)

Current automobile insurance with the following limits of liability: Bodily injury - $100,000 each person and $300,000 each accident; property damage - $100,000 is required

Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check)

Ability to read, write, speak English

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality; or Culinary Arts
1 year of outside foodservice sales experience

Restaurant management / chef experience

Wesly Nurse District Manager (Wesley Nurse program) Must reside in Rio Grande Valley or willing to relocate The Wesley Nurse District Manager essential duties include: * Demonstrates and promotes MHM core values. * Oversees daily integrated Wesley Nurse (WN) program operations collaborating with other managers and Director of Regional Nursing and Wellness Programs to ensure effective delivery of quality care (individuals, families, communities) with proper interactions/interventions, proper documentation and compliance with corporate, state and federal regulations. * Ensures departmental activities and records adhere to regulatory requirements; evaluates the nursing care provided and makes recommendations to develop action plans for improvements. * Monitors and maintains professional standards based on ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Faith Community Nursing Scope and Standards, and evidence-based best practice. * Collaborates with the Director of Regional Nursing and Wellness Programs to analyze the Wesley Nurse program operations, helps meet organizational, local, and regional objectives, develops production goals, and implements improvement plans. * Supports the work of programmatic and organizational committees and other groups to help meet the goals of MHM. * Facilitates and evaluates the implementation of approved processes. * Facilitates collaboration between WNs, MHM employees, and MHM funded and non-funded partners to ensure effective communication, relationship building, and common goal-setting to include the organization's regional implementation strategies. * Represents MHM leadership at community and regional meetings. * Works in partnership with the community engagement team to serve as a regional coordinator of the organization, maintaining and developing relationships with key external sectors, as it relates to MHM regionalization. * Serves as a resource person; develops, interprets, supports and implements MHM and Nursing policies and procedures. Maintains a cooperative relationship among Wesley Nurse districts and administration by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; and facilitating district problem solving methods * Coordinates with the Director of Regional Nursing and Wellness Programs in the planning, preparation, utilization, evaluation and monitoring of WN program budget. * Selects, supervises and evaluates WNs: establishes standards of performance and maintains MHM evaluation system, assists with identifying educational needs and opportunities for professional growth; and establishes in-service/development programs for team members, in coordination with Staff Development. * Formulates annual goals and objectives in collaboration with the Director of Regional Nursing and Wellness Programs and committees for the WN program. Promotes MHM organizational goals and core values. * Guides the WN in developing priorities, goals, and action plans by communicating job expectations; monitors and appraises the WN's individual health ministry; coaches and counsels; and encourages committee participation. * Maintains and oversees employees' time and attendance. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
