• The Outside Sales Representative be a crucial member for this team, leveraging their knowledge of hydronics, plumbing, or HVAC systems! With a minimum of 2 years of successful industry experience, the Outside Sales Representative will dive into the heart of technical know-how and market finesse, all while crafting new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships in the designated territory.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Utilize modern communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate the features and benefits of our products and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Employ negotiation skills and attention to detail to successfully close sales and exceed targets.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in hydronics, plumbing, or HVAC sales.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects or market dynamics of hydronics, plumbing, or HVAC products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
