What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be representing us to small and medium sized businesses driving new membership sales for our Wallingford, CT Club. An average day for an Outside Sales Representative would look something like this: Morning Club visit Actively cold calling on 40-50 leads to drive overall awareness and educate non-members on benefits on joining BJ's, networking with local businesses in assigned field territory and signing up Inner Circle and Business members.

What You Need
We are looking for folks with outside sales or business to business sales experience. Helpful industries include:
Retail Hospitality and hotel Restaurant and food service. We are looking for motivated, polished professionals with prior success in a sales role with these qualities: Solid time management skills with the ability to adjust to objections and challenges A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Coachable and computer savvy Your own vehicle with a valid driver's license.
