TES Staffing is working closely with our client, a successful national company who sells and supports commercial cleaning and services.Due to their continued success, we are looking for the right Sales Executives to join their dynamic team! This is a direct hire position with a company that promotes from within. Over 90% of their corporate executives have been promoted from someone that started in this position. With a base and lucrative commission plan, first year salary expectations are between $85-95k. Details:Full time, direct hire
Base Salary- Depending on experience, $40-45/k
Commission- uncapped, paid at 40% of each sale
Bonuses: Top 3 sales reps earn an extra $250/month
Other annual bonuses and spiffs

Responsibilities:
Manage assigned territory by placing 40-50 calls to daily to prequalified leads
In the field in the afternoons, meeting with potential and existing customers
Ongoing communication with potential customers via our established customer relationship management database (Zoho)
Generate new leads to feed
Self-scheduling appointments and managing time properly
Effectively communicating our unique system and showing potential customers the value of our service
Generate new accounts.

Requirements
One - Two Years of Successful Outside Sales Experience Preferred but Not Required
Strong Presentation and Effective Communication Skills
Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance
Basic Computer Skills and Working Knowledge of Internet
