We offer a paid 4 week training period.
Most proposals are created on-the-spot, customers are impressed to get the quote immediately, so you are ready to close the deal if the opportunity arises, also you can have a life after work, no working late on proposals.
We offer a draw against proposal pay and commissions.
Company vehicle and expenses provided.
Company cell phone and laptop provided.

Very little overnight travel required.

Position Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Compensation: Weekly draw against proposal pay and commissions

JOB DESCRIPTION/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Survey commercial roofs and develop pricing estimates stemming from pre-qualified leads.
Create onsite proposals quickly with proprietary software, give a powerpoint presentation that explains our unique selling proposition, then review and download the digital quote with the Property Owner/Manager
Extensive daily travel, but overnights generally not required. (We normally see customers during business hours)
Develop and maintain excellent long-term client relationships. Repeat and referral customers are our #1 source of new business.
Work from in-home office in the Western Florida Territory area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Math skills required
Two Years direct sales experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver license and & clean driving record required to drive company provided vehicle
Microsoft operating system experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Apple iPhone's is helpful
Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug & Physical Screenings
Must be able to provide 2 forms of I-9 Citizenship approved ID's, if hired
Construction Industry sales experience helpful
Full time availability to work cooperatively as part of a team
Closing ability required
Detail oriented and persuasive
HS diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
