Seeking a Sales Engineer
Location: Woodlands / Magnolia, TX
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus up to 20% Annual

Responsibilities:
Interaction with existing Distributors / Channel Partners of diesel generator sets, diesel engines for industrial application and diesel pumpsets in the territory of Canada, USA & Latin America for co-ordination of their technical requirements, quoting, finalizing the deal, getting purchase orders, invoicing and collection of payments
Hunt for new Distributors / OEMs by doing cold calls and try to bring them on board to start a new business relationship
Visit to different distributors as and when needed. The travel frequency will vary depending on the market scenario and need for visits
Assist in making Sales Forecast at the beginning of the year to set targets and budgets
Assist in Planning of inventory of products based on sales forecasts and also managing the Inventory of products
Preparing regular Sales Report on the territory giving various aspects of importance for analyzing performance and defining actions to achieve expected results
Gathers and communicates high value market intelligence, provide feedback and recommendations for business development and adjustment to strategies, tactics, and resources as it relates to sales trends, product functionality and competitive products and activities
Plans and executes the training to ensure the sales associates of Channel Partners clearly understand the benefits of products/services and how to find the right product for their customers needs
Contribute in creating marketing material, brochures, presentations, Website designing, Website maintenance, etc.
Take Sales targets provided by Management and act towards achieving the same
Demonstrates personal integrity.
Establishes and maintains high standards of communications with sales teams, business stakeholders, and management
Act as a proactive and positive change agent to meet demanding and rapidly evolving business needs
Think creatively and identify opportunities to challenge and deliver excellence
Identify gaps and opportunities to develop solutions
Demonstrate a high level of reliability and responsiveness

Requirements:
Must be fully and professionally bilingual - English and Spanish
Bachelors or Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage
Previous sales experience of 4 - 5 years in engineering products required. Experience of rotating equipment like diesel engines, generator sets, pumps, compressors will be preferred
Experience in Business to Business sales environment required
Proven negotiation and analytical skills with professional business acumen
Ability to understand the brand
Ability to lead and motivate Channel Partners to achieve results
Ability to attract, identify and develop talents
Proven leadership skills including the ability to motivate, inspire and influence people
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong PC and software applications skills including computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of using QuickBooks will be an added advantage
Ability to work a flexible schedule and willingness to international travel
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communications skills
Ability to establish excellent relationships with Customers
Valid Driver License with clean driving record Transportation
