Outside Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building lasting relationships with clients. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their signage needs are met and exceeded.

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our signage solutions.

  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored signage solutions that align with their branding and marketing goals.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.

  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

  • MUST HAVE SIGN SALES EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the signage, printing, or advertising industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
