We partner with key manufacturers to produce crucial components, systems and subsystems required to help maintain a competitive and technological advantage. We provide design, development and support of internally designed components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs. Based in Windsor, CT, Triumph employs approximately 120 personnel. The Company's key products and services include design, development, manufacture and support of highly engineered mechanical actuation and components for fixed wing and rotary commercial and military aircraft and military systems.

As a member of the Supply Chain team, the Outside Processing Delivery Assurance Coordinator will track and coordinate all functions related to orders requiring the services of outside processors, such as; heat treating, grinding, plating, honing, cutting, specialists, etc. This position will ensure that purchased services and materials are delivered to the proper specifications, assures maximum return, lowest cost, highest quality and receipt of material in a timely manner to ensure maximum plant efficiency.


  • Expedite delivery of goods to and from processors. Monitors internal and external status of materials and communicates to Triumph departments, outside processors, and customers as required.

  • Reviews purchase orders, claims, and contracts for conformance to company policy.

  • Prepares, issues, and enters purchase orders and change notices into the computer system as needed.

  • Maintains the approved supplier list for critical suppliers.

  • Reviews customer orders to determine outside processing requirements for order completion.

  • Works with Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing teams to ensure efficient coordination of part movement among outside processors and Triumph.

  • Reviews orders, verifying all critical information is supplied.

  • Monitors and controls processing of material flow to and from processors.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Three to five years related manufacturing and/or procurement experience preferred.

  • Ability to function well in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

  • Able to understand and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MRP software; preferred Vantage and/ or SyteLine.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as material specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints is highly desirable but not required.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers.

  • Computer skills with inventory software; order processing systems; Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software also desirable.

  • Negotiations and or contracts experience desirable.
