We are currently accepting qualified applications for an Outreach Program Coordinator Technician to support one of our Government clients at Aberdeen, MD.
Work Description:
  • Coordinates day-to-day operations of ARL outreach program.
  • Coordinates internal communications, encouraging information and knowledge transfer across groups.
  • Develops linkages with Federal and non-Federal Agencies that provide Science and Technology interface.
  • Coordinates target populations access to ARL services.
  • Provides support to the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) program.
  • Initiates outreach to the target population using telephone, mail and visits in the community.
  • Coordinates and integrates activities inside and outside the organization.
  • Provides input to program plans providing best of current successful projects to stimulate
  • development and improvement of programs.
  • Provides expert presentations and briefings on all aspects of outreach activities.
  • Oversees implementation of program marketing plans to ensure an integrated communication
  • strategy for the outreach program.
  • Monitors program progress toward organizational goals and makes suggestions to improved
  • Stays abreast of all programs and presentations related to the outreach program.
  • Recommends new approaches designed to make the outreach program desirable to Federal and
  • Non Federal Agencies.
  • Develops recommendations of minimum standards to incorporate new services into existing programs.
  • Ensures safe environment for outreach program facility.
  • Promptly reports workplace accidents to the Safety Manager.
  • Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy.
  • Supports internal and external customers and communicates positively in a professional manner.
  • Work schedule may fluctuate to complete work assignments outside of the typical work week and work hours. May travel to complete work assignments or attend conferences and meetings.
  • Provides on-the-job training to other contractor personnel.
Education/Experience Requirement:
  • Bachelors Degree with two (2) years of specialized experience in program coordination; OR four (4) years of specialized experience demonstrating the ability to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, monitoring programs, preparing and presenting technical information, and interacting with the public and one (1) year of experience that shows particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully in the duties of the position.
  • Working knowledge of the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) program.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

VIEW JOBS 12/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-14T00:00 Summary: L3 is seeking an experienced IDIQ Program Manager to support its Business Development organization, the Program Management Office, and Operating Groups. The IDIQ Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining strategic customer relationships with the Government on the RS3 IDIQ. Duties include program management, business development, capture support, knowledge management, and building strategic interpersonal relationships with key government customers. Duties will also include assisting capture, solutions and proposal in developing and writing detailed solutions and proposals for our large corporate bids on this IDIQ. A proven track record in understanding the full capture cycle, applying sound business and operational practices to prioritizing resources, and possessing excellent communication skills are critical elements for success. The successful candidate will be able to readily engage with BD leads, Capture Managers and our pricing and technical SMEs to optimize the design and price of our solutions in support of the RS3 IDIQ vehicle. Required Education and Experience: * 10-15 years experience in the military services, DoD and/or Civil Agencies services market * BA/BS Required, MA/MS/MBA Preferred (IT, Cyber or Business) * Experience developing solutions and bidding complex opportunities. * Exposure to Army, US Combatant Commands (COCOMS) and DoD IT and Services markets * Superb knowledge of BD, Capture, Proposal, Pricing, and Review Team procedures * Demonstrated success in responding to vehicle RFIs, Sources Sought, etc. with a coordinated effort across all applicable groups and Operating Companies * Ability to analyze metrics to assist with vehicle trends and pipeline development * Ability to support business intelligence and market analysis pertaining to targeted markets and opportunities * Demonstrated ability to support several complex projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to easily work across many diverse organizations * Demonstrated executive-level communication skills Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
