Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for a a highly skilled and motivated Outreach Coordinator to join a contract with a federal government client with an important mission. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background, working knowledge, and understanding of the organization, function, and chain of command of the Department of the Navy (DoN), excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to community outreach.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work directly with our government client and lead team members to:

  • Primary focal point for the Leadership, Education, Growth, Advocacy, Culture, and Youth Outreach Office.

  • Provide vision, set goals, analyze needs and define processes at the enterprise level on major programs.

  • Receive communications by telephone, email, or other communication mode and relay the accurately the policies and objectives of the Outreach Office.

  • Communicate effectively and provide briefings professionally to all levels of military and government civilian personnel on staff and other commands.

  • Manage multiple tasks at one time; coordinate with other personnel within the command; work independently; and develop strategies to optimize task performance, ensure efficiency, and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

  • Contractor must have a minimum experience level of at least two (2) years of experience providing similar support within the Federal Government

  • Minimum of two years of experience building relationships with affinity groups and establishing a robust network of community and Navy contacts to expose youth, community members, educators, other influencers of youth to Naval Aviation; supporting studies, analyses, surveys and reporting in support of organization business improvement projects.

  • Prior work experience in the last year directly related to Naval Aviation programs and tasks.

  • Must have extensive knowledge of the organization, function, and chain of command of the Department of Defense (DoD); Department of the Navy (DoN) Secretariat, Chief of Naval Operations, and regionalized components; Navy TYCOM Force structure, CNAF/CNAP Command Staff and code structure; and CNAF LEGACY sufficient to determine contact and action offices, and to establish priorities.

  • Must have extensive knowledge of and proficiency in U.S. Navy organizations, requirements, regulations, and procedures; Navy operational orders, written instructions and notices, and Navy correspondence procedures.

  • A working knowledge and understanding of military procedures, investigative methods on military justice and comprehensive knowledge of Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

  • Must have working knowledge of SharePoint plus Microsoft Teams, and proficiency in the use of office equipment such as audio and digital transcribing devises, fax machines, copiers, scanners, personal computers, and printers. Must be capable to setting up and utilize audio-visual and video teleconference (VTC) equipment supporting training lectures, briefs, and various presentations.

  • A comprehensive and detailed knowledge and understanding of governing budgetary, personnel, resource management, and other administrative policies, and regulations issued by DoD, SECNAV, OPNAV.

  • Must have proficient knowledge of other approved automated systems such as Total Workforce Management Service (TWMS), BUPERS Online (BOL), Defense Travel System (DTS), and Fleet Training Management and Planning Systems (FLTMPS) to support LEGACY functions.

  • Must be proficient in the use of the current version of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint,

  • Must have ability to keyboard at minimum 40 wpm and possess proper grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.

Desired Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from accredited college/university in business, finance, engineering, science, mathematics..

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship is required with active Secret clearance.
